Sales Manager – Estate Agency (Welling)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing branch of a successful residential estate agency in Welling. You will be responsible for driving sales, growing market share, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals and convert valuations into new instructions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximise branch profitability.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors and mortgage advisers.
• Oversee the sales process from instruction through to completion.
• Support the Branch Manager in meeting business objectives and maintaining operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager within a residential estate agency.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership with the ability to coach and develop a team.
• Excellent valuation, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Commercially minded and results‑driven.
• Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Positive, proactive and customer‑focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.
