About the role
We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team of sales consultants within Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will shape the prospect journey, drive member acquisition, and ensure an exceptional experience for our members.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor, influence and lead a team of sales consultants to achieve monthly new‑member sales targets.
- Analyse club sales data, performance metrics and member feedback to make data‑informed decisions.
- Plan and inspire the sales team, setting clear objectives and coaching for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with club policies while working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced sales environment (leisure sector desirable but not essential).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing high‑performing teams.
- Passion for health, fitness and wellness.
- Strategic mindset with commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.
