About the role

Our client, a thriving independent estate agency in Brixton, is expanding its residential sales team. They need a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead the department, implement robust processes and deliver exceptional customer service as part of an ambitious growth plan.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a residential sales team to consistently exceed targets.
• Generate valuations, convert leads and increase market share.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions and team meetings.
• Implement and maintain structured sales processes and CRM best practices.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from instruction to completion, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Contribute to departmental growth strategies and support wider business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a residential estate agency.
• Previous experience as a sales manager with a proven track record of generating instructions and driving sales.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised with a process‑driven approach.
• Positive mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
