About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a thriving independent estate agency in Guildford. You will work within a high‑performing property team, helping buyers and sellers navigate the sales process while maximising your earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Register and manage property applicants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
• Maintain regular contact with all parties throughout the sales journey.
• Meet and exceed personal and office sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every stage.
• Generate leads for valuations and mortgage referrals.
• Represent the agency professionally in the local market.

Required profile

• Significant previous experience in residential estate agency sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer service.
• Confident, ambitious and self‑motivated.
• Strong telephone manner.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
