Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency

About the role

Dove & Hawk, a leading independent estate agency in Edgware, are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join their property team. You will be responsible for driving sales activity, building client relationships and contributing to the agency’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and align daily activities with the company’s business priorities.
• Provide exceptional client service to retain customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor personal performance against targets and take corrective actions to improve volume and conversion rates.
• Source and generate market appraisals through scheduled tasks and phone outreach.
• Maintain regular communication with vendors, updating them on progress and nurturing relationships.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident, professional appearance with a positive, target‑driven attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Basic IT proficiency.
