Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency (Woking)

About the role
Join a fast‑paced, successful estate agency in Woking as a Sales Negotiator. You will work in a busy office environment, generating valuations, conducting viewings and guiding clients through the residential property buying journey.
Key responsibilities
- Generate property valuations and win new business.
- Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
- Progress sales through to completion.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with buyers and vendors.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.
- Work towards and exceed sales targets.
Required profile
- Motivated and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed in residential property sales.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Previous estate agency experience is preferred, but a strong sales background from another sector is also considered.
