Sales Negotiator / Lister – Estate Agency

About the role

Join a well‑established, award‑winning estate agency as a Sales Negotiator/Lister. You will work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment, helping vendors achieve the best sale price while building a strong local reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Advise vendors on marketing strategy and pricing to maximise sale price.
• List properties, secure new instructions and generate fresh leads.
• Match properties to buyers and manage the sales process from valuation to completion.
• Support branch profitability and step in for the Branch Manager when required.
• Lead morning meetings and contribute to team performance.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build relationships and convert valuations into instructions.
• Self‑motivated, thrives under pressure and delivers results.
• Customer‑focused with a strong work ethic and integrity.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Basic salary £23,000 with guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months.
• Realistic OTE of £40,000 plus uncapped commission.
