Sales Negotiator – Prime Central London Property

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a leading independent agency specialising in prime central London property sales and lettings. The successful candidate will manage the end‑to‑end sales process, build strong relationships with clients, and help secure the best deals for all parties.

Key responsibilities

• Register applicants and respond to online enquiries professionally.
• Arrange and attend viewings for prospective buyers.
• Provide detailed viewing feedback to vendors.
• Qualify offers to achieve optimal outcomes for buyers and sellers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, buyers, and colleagues.
• Complete paperwork to ensure a smooth sales transaction.
• Conduct property valuations.
• Manage the sales process from offer through to completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in prime central London sales and lettings.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Well‑spoken, well‑presented with excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Strong IT proficiency.

What we offer

• Basic salary of £30,000‑£35,000 per year.
• On‑target earnings potential of £60,000‑£70,000.
• Hybrid working model with regular home‑based days.
• Working hours: Mon‑Thu 9 am‑6 pm, Fri 9 am‑5:30 pm, alternate Saturdays 10 am‑2 pm.
