Sales Negotiator – Property Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic estate agency in Crystal Palace. The role involves guiding buyers and sellers through the property transaction process while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify new applicants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
• Maintain regular contact with clients and applicants
• Generate new business opportunities
• Progress sales through to completion
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• MARLA qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Strong customer‑service focus
• Target‑driven and self‑motivated
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• Professional and positive attitude
