Sales Negotiator – Residential Estate Agency

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join a busy, market‑leading independent estate agency in Cheltenham town centre. The role offers the chance to work with high‑quality residential stock, receive ongoing training and benefit from uncapped commission in a supportive, high‑energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle buyer and seller enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Match clients to suitable properties and qualify their requirements.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Manage and maintain existing client properties throughout the sales process.
• Support colleagues with sales progression through to completion.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to overall office performance.
• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service.

Required profile

• Proven track record within residential estate agency sales preferred.
• Excellent presentation, communication and closing abilities.
• Strong IT and organisational capabilities.
• Results‑driven, tenacious and self‑motivated.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
• High professional and ethical standards.

Required skills

• Experience with the Reapit property management system.

What we offer

• Basic salary £25,000‑£30,000 per annum.
• Uncapped commission with OTE £30,000‑£35,000+.
• 31 days annual leave including bank holidays.
• Business mileage allowance at 45p per mile and car parking permit.
