Sales Negotiator (Senior) – Property Sales

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, customer‑focused Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well‑established independent estate agency in Cheltenham. You will manage the full sales process, from the first enquiry through to completion, while building strong relationships with buyers and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Register applicants and identify their property requirements.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
• Progress sales through to completion, maintaining regular communication with all parties.
• Generate valuations and identify new business opportunities.
• Build long‑term client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator within a residential estate agency.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proactive, target‑driven approach with a genuine passion for property.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred/required depending on client needs).

• Basic salary of £25,000–£30,000 per year, dependent on experience.
