Sales Negotiator – Up to £35,000 OTE + Car Allowance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Negotiator to join a respected independent estate agency in Chelmsford. You will work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment, building relationships with buyers and vendors and supporting the branch’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors, delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings in a professional and engaging manner.
• Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties.
• Manage the sales progression process through to completion, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Collaborate with Mortgage & Protection Advisors to maximise cross‑selling opportunities.
• Liaise with the lettings team to support referrals and generate additional business.
• Contribute to the overall success and performance of the branch.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Sales Negotiator in residential property sales.
• Strong sales ability with a proactive, “can‑do” attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Career‑driven and motivated to progress within property.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
• Team player with a professional approach.
