Sales Office Manager

About the role

You will lead a high‑energy internal sales team, driving profitable sales of CCF’s full range of construction products and services to new and existing customers. You will coach Internal Sales Coordinators, ensure excellent customer service and embody the ‘Best in the Business’ values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and promote the full product portfolio.
• Coach and develop Internal Sales Coordinators, improving their selling techniques and identifying opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Manage and motivate the team, fostering continuous improvement and performance.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of delivering results.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and results‑oriented.
• Excellent communicator able to inspire teams and build customer relationships.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for service excellence.
