Sales Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer to join our fast‑growing Glasgow office. You will work closely with sales leadership to elevate the performance of both new hires and seasoned team members, turning best‑practice behaviours into repeatable frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions that improve sales performance.
• Coach salespeople on call structure, objection handling, rapport building and closing techniques.
• Analyse call recordings to identify patterns and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Create high‑impact scripts, talk tracks and playbooks that drive measurable results.
• Lead role‑plays, workshops and one‑to‑one coaching to build confidence on the floor.
• Use data to monitor progress, refine training approaches and accelerate onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven background in appointment setting, SDR or outbound sales.
• Experience coaching or developing sales teams with a passion for performance.
• Deep understanding of cold‑calling psychology and conversational selling.
• Ability to translate top‑performer behaviours into simple, repeatable frameworks.
• Confidence delivering both group training and individual coaching.
