Sales Valuer – Property Valuation & Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join a thriving independent estate agency in Bexley. You will combine property valuation expertise with sales acumen to win new instructions and drive successful property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals and provide expert advice to homeowners.
• Develop tailored marketing strategies to maximise sale prices.
• Convert valuations into new property instructions and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Negotiate offers to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties.
• Monitor local market trends and generate new business through networking.
• Collaborate with colleagues to match buyers with suitable properties.
• Support branch targets and overall business growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Property Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator.
• Proven ability to convert valuations into new instructions.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ambitious, target‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence.
