Sales Valuer – Residential Property

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join a thriving residential estate agency in Croydon. You will use your local market knowledge to deliver accurate valuations, win new instructions and support homeowners throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional property valuations across Croydon and surrounding areas.
• Generate new business by winning instructions and expanding market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, providing expert advice.
• Perform market appraisals and convert opportunities into successful sales instructions.
• Develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximise each instruction and achieve targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Valuer, Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager or Branch Manager in a residential estate agency.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and meeting valuation targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Croydon residential property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially driven with a passion for business development.
