Seasonal Sales Assistant (Festive, Part-Time)

About the role

Footasylum is hiring a Seasonal Sales Assistant for its Hull store for a 6-week festive period, starting Sunday 22 November 2026 and ending Saturday 2 January 2027. The role is part-time at 8 hours per week, with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. It suits people who love trainers, streetwear and youth culture and enjoy helping customers find the latest footwear, clothing and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Style complete fits for customers, from footwear to clothing and accessories
• Support festive shopping with product recommendations and expert advice
• Learn the brands, trends and stories behind the products
• Support key trading events such as Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Boxing Day
• Contribute to store targets and build customer confidence
• Keep the store tidy, stock organised and welcoming

Required profile

• Confident, customer-focused and able to bring personality to the shop floor
• Knowledge of what is trending
• Right to work in the UK (bring documentation to the interview)
• Under 18s cannot work past 10pm due to working regulations
