Secondary Supply Teacher – Flexible Part‑ or Full‑time

About the role
We are seeking qualified supply teachers to support secondary schools in Bristol on a flexible basis. You will work during school hours, either part‑time or full‑time, delivering curriculum and supporting pupil achievement.
Key responsibilities
- Use assessment data to implement strategies that raise pupil achievement.
- Manage HLTAAs and/or LSAs within the classroom as required.
- Deliver curriculum appropriate to the age and ability of the assigned groups.
- Encourage pupil participation in academic and social activities.
- Assist with behaviour management and support social‑emotional development.
- Follow all school policies on behaviour, safeguarding, health and safety.
Required profile
- Experience of secondary teaching in any capacity.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and an education‑related degree or equivalent.
- Availability to work between 08:30‑15:30 on weekdays during term‑time.
Required skills
- Ability to interpret and act on assessment data.
- Classroom management of HLTAAs/LSAs.
