About the role
Police Collaboration Wales is seeking a highly organised Secretary to provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Assistant Chief Constable and Programme Manager. This permanent position is based in Bridgend and offers the chance to contribute to collaborative projects across Welsh police forces.
Key responsibilities
- Manage busy diaries and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Organise meetings, events and liaise with external partners.
- Record minutes, track actions and ensure follow‑up.
Required profile
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in secretarial or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a diverse range of people.
- Willingness to undergo MV/SC vetting.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
