Security Assurance Analyst

About the role

Redgate is looking for a Security Assurance Analyst to own the customer and vendor security assurance process. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Procurement and Legal to build confidence in how Redgate handles data and manages its supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of customer security questionnaires and vendor due‑diligence, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Design and maintain a central repository of responses and evidence to accelerate future reviews.
• Partner with the Security Manager and Cyber Security Engineer, progressing towards more technical responsibilities such as integration and API reviews.
• Provide risk judgements on vendors that directly influence procurement, legal and broader business decisions.

Required profile

• Experience in security, compliance, vendor risk or a related analytical/customer‑facing role with a strong interest in cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to complete or coordinate security questionnaires (e.g., SIG, CAIQ, VSAQ) or quickly learn the process.
• Working knowledge of at least one security or privacy framework such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST or GDPR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain security concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines while forming sound risk assessments.
