Senior Accessories Designer – Wholesale & White‑Label

About the role

Skinnydip is seeking a Senior Accessories Designer to lead the creation of gifting, bags, tech, hydration and stationery accessories for both its own brand and white‑label collections sold through global wholesale partners. The role blends trend‑driven graphic design with commercial product development across multiple retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a full range of accessories for wholesale collections, including both licensed and non‑licensed items.
• Create trend‑led graphics, prints and product concepts that can be adapted to different retail partners, price points and markets.
• Spec technical details, prepare production packs and coordinate sampling with Far‑East factories.
• Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing and partner teams to ensure designs meet commercial targets.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to translate trends into sell‑through products.
• Experience designing for multiple retailers and handling licensed product lines.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Required skills

• Graphic design – expertise in prints, placement and trend application.
