Senior Account Manager – Home Counties & London

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Senior Account Manager to cover the Home Counties and London. Based in the field, you will manage an existing portfolio of mid‑spend customers while generating new high‑value digital business for Yell.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients with annual spend of £5,000‑£12,000 (overall account value ~£1 million).
• Retain, nurture and grow existing accounts each quarter.
• Identify and acquire new high‑value prospects, meeting Yell’s agency minimum spend thresholds.
• Sell Yell’s full digital suite – PPC, SEO, social, website, video, reputation management and performance solutions.
• Achieve growth targets for new business and overall revenue.
• Build long‑lasting relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence (≤6 points) and access to a car.
• Proven track record in selling high‑value digital solutions.
• Strategic thinker with strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology.
• Resilient, disciplined and tenacious with a client‑focused ethos.
