Senior Accountant & Reporting Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our growing international business, supporting accounting, reporting, planning and finance systems improvement. The role works closely with the Group Financial Controller and the wider management team.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in month‑end and year‑end close activities, including journal postings, accruals, pre‑payments and reconciliations.
• Prepare management reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Produce ad‑hoc financial and operational analyses to aid decision‑making.
• Analyse financial performance trends and provide insightful conclusions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and group consolidation activities.
• Assist with ERP and finance‑system enhancements, testing and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Improve finance processes, internal controls and SOPs while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting and finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and multi‑entity international environments.
• Professional accounting qualification is an advantage.
• Proven experience supporting ERP implementations or finance‑system transformation projects.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• ERP implementation and finance‑system optimisation.
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
