Senior and Trainee Negotiators – Real Estate Sales & Lettings

About the role

We are expanding rapidly across South London, Croydon, Redhill and Crawley and are looking for dynamic Senior and Trainee Negotiators to join our property sales and lettings team. You will be equipped with a unique suite of products designed to maximise branch performance and personal earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales or lettings negotiation process from client acquisition to contract completion.
• Utilise our proprietary tools and product portfolio to present properties effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
• Achieve and exceed individual and branch revenue targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Required profile

• Senior Negotiator: minimum 2 years experience in property sales or lettings.
• Trainee Negotiator: background in a customer‑service‑focused role is advantageous.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and able to meet high performance standards.

Required skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with property management software (if any mentioned by the employer).
