Senior Benefits Analyst – EMEA (Chester/Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to support a large pharmaceutical client across the EMEA region. The position is a 12‑month PAYE contract based in Chester with a hybrid working model (50% office). One role requires fluent Italian and the other fluent Spanish, both combined with fluent English.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and analyse employee benefits for the UK and European markets.
• Manage benefits renewals and enrolment communications.
• Develop and maintain benefits policies and operational procedures.
• Provide dedicated benefits support for either the Italian or Spanish market.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with regional employment laws and benefits legislation.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and either Italian or Spanish.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, multi‑cultural environments.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of HR policies, regional employment law and benefits regulations.
• Ability to propose alternative solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
