Senior Business Change Consultant – Aerospace & Defence

About the role

We are expanding our consulting practice within Aerospace, Defence and Security and are looking for a Senior Business Change Consultant to join our team. You will work on complex transformation programmes that deliver operational and digital change for critical UK services.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of business change across transformation, digital and operational improvement programmes.
• Assess change impacts, stakeholder needs, business readiness and adoption risks in complex client environments.
• Produce high‑quality change deliverables such as stakeholder maps, impact assessments, communications and engagement plans, and training materials.
• Assist PMO activities including planning support, RAID management, reporting, governance coordination and dependency tracking.
• Create clear status reports, dashboards, meeting packs and governance materials for programme and project leadership.
• Contribute to workshops, analysis, continuous improvement and business development, including proposal support.

Required profile

• Experience supporting business change, transformation or adoption activity within project or programme settings.
• Background in a PMO, project support or programme support role with solid understanding of governance, reporting and delivery controls.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders across delivery teams and client organisations, including senior partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience producing professional client‑facing materials.
• Experience working in agile, waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
