Senior Change Project Manager – Commercial Insurance

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Change Project Manager to join a high‑profile transformation function for a leading global specialty insurer. The role will be based in London with a hybrid work model (2–3 days in the office) and will involve leading change programmes across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a portfolio of global change initiatives covering business change, technology change, regulatory & compliance change, and operating model & integration programmes.
• Collaborate with both business and technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across the globe and coordinate matrixed teams.
• Oversee the delivery of regulatory and compliance‑focused projects, ensuring timely and effective implementation.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of experience delivering complex change programmes.
• Strong background within commercial insurance, preferably with London Market exposure.
• Proven experience in both business and technology change delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage regulatory or compliance initiatives.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and experience working in global or matrixed organisations.
