Senior Compliance Executive – ETF Compliance Advisory

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Compliance Executive to join its ETF Compliance Advisory team in London. You will act as a trusted advisor to the EMEA ETF business, delivering risk‑based compliance guidance throughout the product lifecycle, from launch to ongoing management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the EMEA ETF business to provide timely, commercially‑focused compliance advice.
• Review new product proposals and support launches by identifying regulatory considerations.
• Advise on changes to existing ETF products, covering governance and regulatory impacts.
• Assess investor‑facing documentation such as PRIIPs KIDs for regulatory compliance.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting ETFs and translate them into actionable guidance.
• Support implementation of regulatory changes and business readiness initiatives.
• Deliver training on emerging risks, regulatory updates, and best‑practice compliance.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Product, Distribution and Investment teams to promote strong risk management and a culture of compliance.

Required profile

• Proven compliance experience within asset management, preferably in ETF, UCITS or compliance advisory environments.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, ETF products and the regulatory framework governing investment funds.
• Ability to build relationships across multiple business functions and influence outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with a commercial mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ETF and UCITS regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with product governance and investor‑facing documentation standards.
