Senior Contracts Manager – Construction (London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead our construction contracts portfolio in London. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee operations across multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full oversight of operations teams across all sites.
• Manage the workforce directly, maintaining clear programmes and schedules.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality.
• Handle multiple contracts simultaneously, delegating tasks and up‑skilling team members.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to align project goals with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven contracts management experience in a subcontracting environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience handling multiple contracts.
• Excellent people and communication skills at all organisational levels.
• Organised, attentive, and a collaborative team player.
• Relevant certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are desirable.
• A degree or HNC in a related field is advantageous.
