Senior Creative Producer (Live Events)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Creative Producer to lead the development and delivery of creative concepts for a fast‑growing international portfolio of live‑event brands. Working closely with the Head of Event Creative & Talent, you will take ideas from concept through production and on‑site execution, ensuring immersive audience experiences across multiple territories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative projects from initial concept to live delivery.
• Develop event themes, décor, props, installations and audience experiences.
• Create production plans, timelines, briefs and budgets.
• Manage suppliers, fabricators, contractors and production partners.
• Maintain creative quality and brand consistency across venues and territories.
• Collaborate with Events, Talent, Operations, Marketing and Merchandising teams.
• Support and guide the Event Creative & Merchandising Coordinator.
• Oversee sourcing, production, rollout and maintenance of creative assets.
• Attend site visits and events to manage creative execution.
• Review existing events and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in live events, entertainment, theatre, festivals, nightlife or immersive production.
• Track record of taking creative concepts from idea through to execution.
• Strong knowledge of theming, décor, props, staging or scenic production.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, suppliers and multiple projects.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Practical understanding of event logistics and on‑site delivery.
• Confidence to own decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• International event or touring experience is a plus.

What we offer

• Competitive salary £35,000‑£40,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Full‑time, permanent role based in an office in Oval, London.
