Senior Creative Strategist, International

About the role

Grüns is hiring a Senior Creative Strategist to own creative for its international markets. The role sets strategy, conceives campaigns and ships assets that make the brand feel local everywhere it launches. It sits within a fully remote, high-trust HQ with teammates across countries and time zones, and candidates based in or around the UK or Europe are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Generate weekly creative concepts, briefs and scripts for international paid media testing
• Localize US creative and ship international-ready assets, building a repeatable pipeline
• Turn creator footage into high-performing UGC video ads at volume, with strong hooks and pacing
• Run a data-driven testing framework across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Snap, iterating on CTR, CVR and nCAC
• Develop market-specific concepts that stay culturally relevant, not just translations
• Build an EFSA and GDPR-safe claim library and workflow
• Support localized web and landing page creative for launches until a dedicated ecommerce designer is hired
• Lay the foundation for an international creative team, including hiring recommendations

Required profile

• 4-7+ years in creative strategy, performance design and paid media, ideally at a DTC, subscription or consumer brand
• Proven track record of shipping performance creative across multiple countries and languages
• Able to show real performance results with data backing them
• Experience in a regulated category or with claim restrictions is a plus

Required skills

• Video editing with CapCut, Premiere or After Effects
• Figma, with modular multi-language templates
• AI tools integrated into the workflow
