Senior CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Lead, UK

About the role

Eucalyptus, the parent company of Hims & Hers, is looking for a Senior CRM Manager to take the lead on Juniper's lifecycle and retention strategy. The role creates engaging, data-driven campaigns that guide patients through their journey, using lifecycle marketing to build lasting relationships beyond the time spent on medication. It is based in London.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run lifecycle marketing campaigns across direct channels such as email, push, SMS and in-app messaging.
• Use data to personalise communications for specific patient cohorts and stages of the journey.
• Create and share high-quality content on nutrition, weight loss and health.
• Design campaigns such as automated onboarding flows, retention touchpoints and reactivation strategies.
• Work with marketing, product and analytics teams to align initiatives with business goals.
• Test and optimise campaigns through A/B testing and track engagement and retention metrics.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Data-driven, with experience running A/B tests and spotting gaps in the patient journey.
• Strong written communication and a passion for patient experience and health and wellness.
• Organised, independent and able to collaborate in a team, thriving in a fast-paced setting.

Required skills

• Marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, Customer.io or Braze.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau, Mixpanel or Metabase.
