Senior Customer Sales & Service Agent - London

About the role

Emirates is looking for a Senior Customer Sales & Service Agent to join its team at the Emirates World Store in London, its flagship travel store in South Kensington. The role combines customer service with driving sales and revenue growth, supporting ticketing, reservations and travel enquiries while promoting Emirates products such as Skywards, upgrades, stopovers and holiday packages.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service across all customer interactions.
• Assist customers with travel enquiries, ticket sales, reservations and travel-related services, ensuring bookings comply with airline policies and regulations.
• Provide ticketing and administrative support to commercial and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and sales documentation.
• Support operational activities, including end-of-day sales reconciliation and deputising for the Team Leader when required.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer service, operational efficiency and revenue generation.

Required profile

• Minimum of two years' experience in the airline or travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of reservations, ticketing, fares and airline procedures.
• Experience in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment.
• Good secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and availability to work 5 days a week in the customer-facing office.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Emirates systems such as Skywards and ResConnect is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
