Senior Delivery Manager – Deliveroo Channel

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to own and grow Giggling Squid’s Deliveroo channel. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for a multi‑million‑pound P&L and will lead the strategy, operations and team as we aim to double the delivery business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Deliveroo P&L across all restaurants, set revenue targets and drive commercial performance.
• Lead joint business planning with Deliveroo’s Casual Dining team and produce regular performance reports for the CEO.
• Manage menu architecture, design delivery‑specific bundles, promotions and branded packaging.
• Run evidence‑based test‑learn programmes and identify growth opportunities, including new locations and formats.
• Oversee day‑to‑day platform operations in Partner Hub, ensuring accurate listings, pricing and promotions.
• Build, lead and develop a dedicated delivery team and maintain strong collaboration with Operations, Area Managers and Trainers.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing a delivery channel or similar multi‑million‑pound P&L.
• Proven track record of partnership management with platform teams such as Deliveroo.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive commercial growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable recommendations.
