Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant

About the role

People Solutions Group Limited is seeking a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant to lead the driving division at our Swindon office. You will work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, driving business growth and delivering recruitment solutions for the transport sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop existing client relationships.
• Attend client meetings to discuss recruitment campaigns and workforce needs.
• Source, match and place driving candidates across a range of vacancies.
• Create engaging job adverts and marketing campaigns.
• Shortlist, interview and register candidates while ensuring compliance.
• Conduct client service reviews, site visits and report performance against KPIs.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified driving candidates.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably within the driving sector.
• Excellent communication with a proactive, positive attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Strong customer‑service and client‑facing abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with proven ability to meet KPIs.
• Organisational and time‑management expertise.
• Right to work in the UK (proof required).
