Senior Estate Agent – Sales Negotiator

About the role

We are seeking a confident Senior Estate Agent to join a well‑established independent agency in Polegate. You will work from a busy office, handling a pipeline of properties and driving sales to meet ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Interview prospective buyers, identify their needs and match them with suitable properties.
• Arrange viewings, negotiate offers and ensure client interests are protected throughout the transaction.
• Coordinate the sales process, maintaining high standards of customer care and timely communication.
• Support colleagues and the Branch Manager, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Meet agreed sales targets and adhere to company service standards and relevant legislation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an estate agent with strong selling and closing abilities.
• Excellent business acumen, charisma and the drive to become a market leader.
• Willingness to work every other Saturday as required by the office schedule.
• Professional presentation and the ability to project a positive image to clients and colleagues.
