Senior Finance Analyst – Industrial & Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to deliver robust financial analysis and support strategic decision‑making within a medium‑sized industrial and manufacturing organisation. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to provide insights that drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for management review.
• Collaborate with teams to develop budgets, track performance and analyse trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Develop and implement financial models and systems.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance.

Required profile

• Strong background in accounting and finance within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, forecasting and analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Effective communication skills for presenting financial insights.
• Degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline.
