Senior Finance Manager - Technology Business Partner

About the role

The Senior Finance Manager will act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior technology leaders, supporting strategic decision‑making and driving financial performance across a large‑scale infrastructure function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for operating and capital expenditure.
• Provide detailed financial analysis, modelling and insight into business performance.
• Conduct investment appraisal, capital allocation and vendor commercial support.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and drive reporting improvements across the technology estate.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence commercial decisions.
• Support major technology investments and complex commercial projects.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with strong finance business‑partnering experience in a large, matrixed organisation.
• Excellent financial analysis, forecasting and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive commercial decision‑making.
• Experience in technology, infrastructure, financial services or a similarly complex corporate environment (advantageous).
• Strong communication, commercial acumen and relationship‑building capabilities.
