About the role
The Forres Neighbourhood Care Team (FNCT) is seeking a Senior Healthcare Support Worker to join its rapid response element within the broader community nursing service. Based at Forres Health and Care Centre, you will support person‑centred care across Moray West & East, working a 22‑hour week split into two shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care as part of a 7‑day community service.
- Collaborate with nursing teams across the locality, integrating when required.
- Respond promptly to urgent care needs within the rapid response framework.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Required profile
- Motivated, enthusiastic and committed to delivering person‑centred care.
- Team player willing to learn and adapt to evolving service needs.
- Ability to work across a 7‑day schedule.
- Full, current driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
