Senior HR Manager

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing SME in South East England, is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead the development of its HR framework, culture and employee engagement. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will shape HR strategy and ensure alignment with business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date employment policies and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director to integrate HR within daily business activities.
• Lead the creation and implementation of a company‑wide culture programme.
• Design and deliver a comprehensive training and people‑development curriculum.
• Manage employee relations issues and take appropriate actions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR queries.

Required profile

• Extensive HR experience in small to medium‑sized businesses.
• Proven ability to work directly with senior management.
• Strong understanding of all HR functions, from policy to employee relations.
• Flexibility to work full‑time or part‑time (3‑4 days per week) as required.
