Senior IT Support Analyst

About the role

The Senior IT Support Analyst will join a growing building services organisation in Bristol, reporting directly to the Head of IT. You will work in a Microsoft‑first environment, supporting over 300 users while driving cloud, automation and security initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams.
• Provide 2nd‑ and 3rd‑line support for Windows 11 desktops and mobile devices.
• Implement and maintain Intune, Active Directory and Entra ID solutions.
• Assist with ongoing IT projects such as Dynamics 365 implementation.
• Conduct security assessments using Microsoft Defender and maintain disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Support Azure cloud services and virtual infrastructure (Hyper‑V/VMware).

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior IT support role handling 2‑ to 3‑line tickets independently.
• Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft 365 administration, Intune and Windows 11.
• Exposure to Azure, Hyper‑V or VMware virtualisation platforms.
• Familiarity with security tools such as Microsoft Defender.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Interest in automation, AI and strong stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
