Senior Leasehold Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Leasehold Property Manager to lead a customer‑focused leasehold resolution team. You will oversee complex case management and ensure high‑quality service across a diverse housing portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage a team of leasehold professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering continuous improvement.
• Deliver a high‑quality, customer‑centred resolution service for a varied leasehold portfolio.
• Oversee complex leaseholder enquiries, complaints, disputes and escalated matters, ensuring statutory compliance.
• Act as senior escalation point for sensitive and high‑risk leasehold issues.
• Monitor service performance, response times, resolution outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Analyse performance data, feedback and complaint trends to drive service improvements.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across internal and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasehold or property management, preferably in a senior or team‑lead role.
• Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation, fire safety regulations and governance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and high‑risk issues.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to service improvement.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Competitive salary £39,400‑£41,474 pro rata plus benefits.
• Hybrid working model – two days per week in our Ealing office.
• 35‑hour week, Monday‑Friday schedule.
• Six‑month fixed‑term contract with potential for extension.
