Senior Legal Counsel (Hybrid) – up to £80k

About the role

Vita Group is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its expanding legal team. Working closely with the Group Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, you will support a portfolio of real estate, technology and sports businesses from a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a wide range of transactional work, including high‑value and complex deals as well as smaller transactions.
• Manage corporate transactions such as real‑estate acquisitions/disposals, joint‑venture formations, business and asset sales, and investments.
• Oversee financings and refinancings related to asset acquisition, development stages, and facility renewals.
• Negotiate and draft construction contracts for large‑scale schemes and ad‑hoc packages.
• Provide commercial contract advice across operations, marketing, IT and technology.
• Assist with property, planning, construction and data‑protection matters affecting the Group’s portfolio.
• Coordinate and manage external legal teams and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in a transactional legal role.
• In‑house experience is desirable but not essential.
• Demonstrated ability to balance legal expertise with commercial pragmatism and a willingness to learn.
