Senior Lettings Manager

About the role
Our client, an award‑winning estate agency in Crawley, is seeking a Senior Lettings Manager to lead the lettings team, drive growth and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the lettings portfolio, ensuring profitability and business development.
- Generate new leads, list properties and advise landlords on optimal rental pricing.
- Motivate, coach and supervise the lettings team, including running daily briefings.
- Stay ahead of market trends to become the local expert and match properties with suitable tenants.
Required profile
- Proven track record of converting valuations into successful lettings.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with a results‑driven mindset.
- Self‑motivated leader comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence.
Required skills
What we offer
- Basic salary £30,000 with realistic total earnings of £55,000‑£60,000 (uncapped commission).
- Company car or car allowance up to £4,000.
- 33 days paid holiday plus a birthday day off.

- 5‑day week (including some Saturdays) with a 2‑on, 1‑off pattern.
