Senior Lettings Manager – Lead a High‑Performing Branch

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Manager to lead a high‑performing branch of a multi‑branch independent estate agency in Crawley. This role offers the chance to drive business growth, increase market share, and develop both people and performance in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day performance and profitability of the lettings branch.
• Win new instructions, expand market share and grow the client base.
• Provide expert lettings advice and exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
• Conduct rental valuations and advise on pricing and marketing strategies.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Motivate, coach and mentor the team through regular performance reviews.
• Run daily meetings and briefings to maximise branch performance.
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with wider business to meet branch and company objectives.

Required profile

• Proven residential lettings experience, preferably in a management role.
• Strong track record of winning new business and driving performance.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people‑management abilities.
• Commercially minded with a focus on market share growth.
• Self‑motivated, organised and target‑driven.
• Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Knowledge of the Crawley property market is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Basic salary around £30,000.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) up to £55,000.
