Senior Lettings Manager – Residential Lettings

About the role

This permanent, full‑time position is for a Senior Lettings Manager to lead the residential lettings department of a well‑established independent agency in West London. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing landlord relationships and ensuring the team meets performance targets while delivering high‑quality service to tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and secure lettings instructions.
• Conduct market appraisals and property valuations for landlords.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Lead, motivate and support the lettings team to achieve office targets.
• Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and internal policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process.

Required profile

• Significant experience in residential lettings with a proven track record of winning listings.
• Demonstrated ability to grow market share and generate new business.
• Previous team management or supervisory experience (advantageous).
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• ARLA qualification (beneficial but not essential).
