Senior Lettings Negotiator

About the role

Connells, part of the Connells Group, is seeking a motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join its residential lettings team in Shaftesbury. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while managing property viewings and compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms and secure lettings agreements.
• Progress lettings through to move‑in, ensuring a smooth handover.

Required profile

• Previous experience in lettings or sales, preferably in a target‑driven setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a detail‑oriented approach.
• Resilient, positive, organised and numerate.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and basic internet/email tools.
