Senior Life & Protection Advisor

About the role

Our client, a directly authorised life brokerage, is seeking a Senior Life & Protection Advisor to deliver advice on a range of life and protection products. Working from an office in Farnborough, you will use a mix of hot leads, existing client data and web‑generated prospects to provide tailored protection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and advise customers on life, income protection and other protection products.
• Manage a pipeline of leads sourced from colleagues, the client’s database and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct fact‑finding interviews, present recommendations and close sales.
• Handle objections and rejections in a high‑pressure telephone environment.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets while maintaining compliance standards.
• Complete industry‑recognised Ro1 and Ro5 qualifications with full funding support.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a phone‑based protection sales role, especially income protection.
• Demonstrable ability to manage objections and deliver a consultative sales approach.
• Evidence of earnings/performance over the past two years in a similar position.
• Motivation to achieve professional qualifications and meet performance targets.

Required skills

What we offer

• Starting salary of £35,000 plus monthly bonus, OTE up to £70,000.
• 25 days holiday, gym membership, pension and private medical after qualifying period.
• Fully funded Ro1 & Ro5 qualifications.
• Office‑based role with standard hours 9:30 am‑7:00 pm, Monday‑Thursday 9‑5, Friday.
