Senior Manager, Events

About the role

Vialto is seeking a Senior Manager, Events to own and drive its global events strategy. In this role you will plan, execute and continuously improve a portfolio of flagship, regional and internal events that showcase the brand and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual global events strategy in partnership with the Head of Global Creative & Events.
• Maintain and optimise the global events calendar, covering flagship, regional, executive and internal gatherings.
• Manage event budgets, track spend and ensure cost‑effective delivery without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define event objectives, themes, messaging and desired outcomes.
• Oversee agency partners, vendors and venue selection, ensuring alignment with brand standards and logistical requirements.
• Lead cross‑functional teams—including marketing, business stakeholders and freelance resources—to deliver seamless event experiences.
• Conduct post‑event analysis, reporting on performance metrics and recommending improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale, multi‑region events programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
• Analytical mindset for budgeting and performance measurement.
