Senior Manager – Funds Tax (UK)

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join its specialist Funds Tax team in London. You will work on high‑profile, multi‑country transactions, supporting existing clients and helping to win new business.

Key responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for UK tax reporting delivered to the client base.
• Manage delivery of technically complex consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and a business‑focused approach.
• Pursue business development opportunities identified by other EY service lines.
• Provide coaching, supervision and mentoring to junior team members.
• Contribute to people initiatives, including retention and training.
• Play a significant role in team strategy, operations and junior staff assignments.

Required profile

• ACA, Law qualification, Tax specialist qualification or equivalent breadth of knowledge.
• Strong tax technical expertise.
• Proven business development ability.
• Experience coaching and developing junior staff.
• Knowledge of partnership taxation.
• Project management capability and creative problem‑solving.
